Preceded in death by his wife and his mother. Survived by daughter, Jennifer (Jarod) Reim; son, Matthew Survil; father, Edward Survil; brother, Jay (Tamara) Survil; nieces, Rachel Anderson and Taylor Survil.
Memorial Mass 11AM Saturday, Aug 5, 2017 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Ashland, NE. Rosary 7PM Friday with Visitation 1 hour prior at 6PM, also at church. Memorials may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church.
