Our lovely daughter Treasure Joy Rachael Ruby passed from this life and returned to Heavenly Father and Christ on October 4, 2007. She is the daughter of James and Trudy Ruby of Security. She was born on August 6, 1995 and lived in Security all her life except for a 2 year period in Alaska. Treasure lost her life due to a brain-stem tumor. She had a great sense of humor and was always kind, friendly, and helpful toward others. She was always pleasant and courteous and was known for her contagious smile. She was involved in various sports until she was no longer able to play. She also loved to sing and played the clarinet. She will always be remembered, loved and missed. Jim Ruby and Family. I pray that you find joy and comfort knowing that Treasure is with our heavenly father. We are all here for a short time to serve a purpose. Once we have fulfilled that purpose, we are called home. I know that there are no words to ease the pain that you are feeling and I know that you loved Treasure dearly, but God loved her more. Because of his mercy and grace, Treasure is in a better place. A place called home. May God continue to bless you and your family. My prayers are with you.

Treasure,

You will be missed by all whose lives you have touched. You looked so pretty today, like an angel. I really liked your snowman song that you requested for your funeral. I am positive you were watching down on us and smiling (maybe even laughing) as the whole church participated. I'll miss you but I will see you again.

I was blessed to have been Treasure's nurse in the last weeks of her life. She touched my heart with her sense of humor and courage. The rel'nship between her and her mother was a joy to watch! She would sing notes when she was ready for her mom to give her another bite of food and would smile when she made us smile! Treasure I know you are up there in heaven hitting softballs out of the park!
May God's hands support your mom and family through this time.

Treasure was one of the greatest people I've ever known. She always had a positive attitude toward everyone and cared about others. She knew just what to say when you were sad, and had a great sense of humor. And could she crack a tune like most people can't!:-)

Treasure Ruby was one of the most amazing people I have ever met in my life. She never had anything bad to say about anyone. She was giving, generous, and an all around beautiful person. It was such a privilage to have had met her. There are soo many things I could say about her, but I probably couldn't fit everything on here. Treasure and I were friends, but I just wish we could've been better friends. I wish I talked to her more, or that I hung out with her more, but I didn't; and I feel terrible thinking about things I wish I could've done for her. I love you Treasure and I'm glad you aren't in anymore pain. I wish you could've been with us longer.. I could've used a good influence in my life right about now. =)
Rest in peace, you're always in our memories.

My daughter Andraya is in Tekota's class and spent time playing with Treasure. She talked to me about how she was so nice to her, teaching her along the way. Treasure truly was as you named her. She left an impact on my daughter's life as well as countless others, I am hearing. Tekota, Andraya says if you need anything, she will always be there for you! Please accept our condolences. I cannot imagine the grief you must feel from such a terrible loss.

I love Treasure! She was always so cheerful, kind, bubbly, friendly, talkative, and fun. She was also blessed with amazing parents. Her mom was so perfect with her and kept such a positive outlook. I'm so grateful that I had the opportunity to know Treasure in this life. What a sweet, sweet girl. She will be greatly missed, but always remembered!
