Yesterday I woke up early with Turi on my thoughts. I can’t believe you have been gone 12 years already. We miss you just as much. My husband and I shared stories and fond memories. Made my annual stop at The Buckle and On the Border to toast a sangria swirl. You are still missed and loved. Know that you continue to inspire me to be a better friend every day. Love you lots ❤

Our hearts & prayers go out to John & Olivia & family for their loss.
I lived with the Norgards a long time ago, 21 years now, and I am embarrased to say that I have let all these years go by without ever keeping in touch with Turi or her sister- Tina.
I actually was hired to come in and help with taking care of Turi's grandfather and what the family may have not ever realized was that they helped me much more than I could have ever helped them as I was going through my own struggles as a teen.
I felt like I received two more sisters and the whole family made me feel like I was a part of theirs.
I did not know Turi as an adult, but
my memories of Turi, from back then, are that she was a bubbly, sweet girl who always made me smile with her smile. I can still remember her laugh and her many wonderful hugs.
I was shocked to hear the news of her passing and I pray that God will give the comfort, love, and peace to the family as only He can do sufficiently.
With much love,
Kristine (Irey) Bannister

Turi,
Honestly, you are one of the nicest i have ever met. We had so much fun on Halloween, and you gave me the greatest advice while we were all standing by the stove. I didn't get to know you that well, but when i heard the news i completely burst into tears. I only saw you a few times but when i did, you always had a smile on your face. I can't imagine how everyone else is doing about this loss, because i am absolutely heartbroken.
You are loved and missed by everyone you talked to.

Turi,
I remember sitting at my parents house in the backyard and telling you how happy I was to finally have a sister. I still feel blessed having known you. Over the years we had so many happy memories... birthdays, Christmas's, and get togethers. I will always remember and laugh when I think about the snow mobile trip to Lake City. You and I flew up that steep hill so fast and almost flipped over, and laughing so hard, we nearly cried. I will miss our Birthday margarita's at On the Border and your wonderful laugh. My children will miss their Aunt Turi and I will miss my sister.
Your life was like a whisper, a vapor, a commet. Like a fire your light burned fast and quick. Like a bird with a broken wing you flew til you could fly no more. May you forever rest in the shelter of GOD's wings.

Dear Turi,
My heart is so sad today as I just found out you have passed away. I will always remember our daily talks, the laughter and the tears we shared together at Northeast Chiropractic. My heart goes out to your family. I have never known anyone so close to her mother and sister as you were. You were loved and adored by many. I will alway remember dancing the night away last Halloween. I will always remember our pampering days where I would give you a facial in exchange for a massage. I'm glad to have been a part of your time here on earth. May God bless your family, give strength and heal all that are left behind with empty saddened hearts.
We love you.

We express our sincere sympathy to Turi's family for their loss, she loved her family dearly. Turi and I shared too many good times to recount. She was a friend, confidant and a sister to me, her unwavering support during good and bad times was an inspiration to me and I know many others. Turi set the bar high as a friend and inspired me to be a better person in all of my encounters. My husband and I will miss her very much, she was a permanant fixture at every significant event in our lives for nearly nine years. I will not mourn the time I will not have her with me, but celebrate the years I did, she would want us all to live life to the fullest with a song in our hearts, laughter in our voices and a smile on our faces. We love ya girl....rest in peace in the arms of God my lovely friend.
