The pain and grief of losing a loved one in death can seem unbearable. At such times, God's Word can give us comfort. (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4) The Bible helps us to understand how our Creator and his Son feel about death. Jesus, who perfectly reflected his Father, knew the pain of losing someone in death. (John 14:9) May the family find comfort, hope and encouragement from God's Word the Bible.
