Victoria Lee Carpenter (Vickie DeLoe), 67, passed away unexpectedly on Friday May 7, 2021. Vickie was born May 23, 1953 to Frank Edward and Barbara Ruth DeLoe. She was raised in Hammond OR, where she attended Warrenton Grade School, Fort Steven's Junior High School, and then graduated from Warrenton High School in 1971.

Vickie moved to Colorado Springs, CO in the late 70's and it was here she met Robert "Bawb" Carpenter. They were married in the Springs on July 8, 1983. Bawb preceded her in death in 2012.

For many years Vickie worked in the electronics industry, from where she retired. She enjoyed Stephen King novels, cross-stitch, gardening, working in her yard, and dog sitting to get her "puppy fix." Her family and friends were the honored and excited recipients of her baked goods, a hobby she took pride in.

Vickie is survived by her brothers, Charles L. DeLoe, James A. DeLoe, Vincent E. DeLoe, her twin sister Valorie J. Blaylock, several nieces and nephews, and her sisters-in-law Sandy DeLoe and Sue DeLoe. She has several close friends and neighbors to which our family would like to express genuine gratitude and thanks.

Vickie's celebration of life will be held at her home on Saturday June 19, 2021 at 2pm. For questions or enquiries, please call Jen Underwood, Vickie's niece at 719-499-1068.
