Virginia Patterson Obituary

Resident of Clayton
Ginny passed away after a long illness, with her family by her side.
She was born in Berkeley, CA to Josephine and Alfred Skogen. Ginny grew up and attended schools in San Leandro, CA where she lived most of her life.
She is survived by her daughters, Cindy Ireland and Kathy (Gary) Baumgartner; grandchildren, Jennifer (Ryan) Prindiville, Brian (Suzie) Baumgartner; great-grandchildren, Connor, Tommy and Tatum; sister, Sherry Skogen; and nephew Erik Lunn.
Ginny loved life and will be dearly missed.
A Memorial Service will be held at Church of the Assumption, 1100 Fulton Ave., San Leandro on Friday November 16, 2012 at 11AM with a reception to follow in the Parish Hall.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to John Muir Pulmonary Rehab Center, 2720 Grant St., Building 1, Suite 3, Concord, CA, or a charity of your choice.

Ginny was one of the sweetest and dearest people I know. I remember how much she talked about her family and how much she loved them when we had some of our little talks now and then during our work day. I have thought of her so often after she left Hill Physicians. I hope you find comfort in your memories of her. God Bless.
