Mr Etheridge was a nice gentleman whom I encountered in Research at the Montgomery County Clerk's Office. He was generally quiet and gentlemanly, he would at times explain Real Property to people in the office, something the Clerks can not do. I am honored to have been privileged to meet him and hear him talk about the history of Montgomery County.
