Sargent Riggs was my track commander in Vietnam. The crew nicknamed him Pappy cause he was way older than us. We were in good hands under his command .R.I.P. Pappy

I was sorry to hear this he wS my section sgt in viet nam. We went over from Carson in 68.
Because of him I made the army a career. He was one of the best ncos I ever knew.
