Grandma the times I spent with you were some of the greatest of my life. I can still remember the smell of polish pancakes as we sat around the dining room table chating about something funny. I love you grandma, I hope you enjoy your vacation.
Love,
Your Grandson

P.S. See ya later, preferably later then sooner

In WWII, I was in the tank batallion that broke into Dachau and drove the Germans out. I probably met and spoke to Wanda on that fateful day. She would have been 19 and I was 20. Now I learn that we both ended up in Colorado Springs. I would love to hear from Wanda's family. My address here in Colorado Springs is 3855 Bunk House Dive, 80917.
