I will miss Uncle Wayne and remember when he would come and see my grandmother and grandfather at their house and how he would tell his jokes to all of us and always gave you a hug. He always knew how to make you smile. Uncle Wayne was there for the loss of Uncle Marvin, Grandpa Malin, Grandma Wilma and my mother Frances. He always was there to comfort us through our loss and let me cry on his shoulders when I lost my mother. He was always very special in my heart and I will miss him very much! I know he will be watching over us from heaven!

Your dad worked with my dad driving gas transports. Later he bowled on my team. Your dad and mom and Terry came out to California. I drove down to Garden Grove to see them. We had a great time. I brought home to Colorado a lemon for Wayne. My dad and I would meet Wayne for pie and tea. He as you know couldn't take lemons. We all laughed and enjoyed our times with him. He will be missed, but your family will always be in my heart. Cheryl Fay-Thundercloud

Your dad was a second father to me. His help with mom and us kids was amazing. Not only in the early years but later in life. HE gave me a lot of direction which I still use today. I will miss him and his smile. His dad jokes were corny but always fun to listen to.

Wayne was like a 2nd dad to me, as his daughter was my best childhood friend. I spent Sunday afternoons with their family on many occasions. He was always a lot of fun to joke with. He will always be remembered as a special man to me. I'm pretty sure my family feels the same. I also had the pleasure of going on my first trip to Yellowstone National Park and Seattle, with their family at the age of 15.

Wayne was a great spiritual help to me when I was young. He was my youth advisor. I am now 68 years old. I also knew his parents. What great people. He will always be a part of my heritage in the Christian faith. I had the privilege of worshiping with Wayne and Dora Mae in 2012. May God comfort you Linda and Cathy. He was a great man.
