Wiley Royce Waggoner, 72, passed away peacefully in his Colorado Springs, Colorado home on Friday, October 22, 2021. Royce was born March 15, 1949, in Norton, Kansas to Verbon and Lena (Thompson) Waggoner.
Royce is survived by his loving wife, Evelyn (Heruth) Waggoner, his two daughters from a previous marriage, Nicole (Waggoner) Garland and Taryn Waggoner, his son in-law, Lucas Garland, his grandchildren, Cameron and Rowan Garland, his mother in-law, Beverly Heruth, and his brother in-law, Gregory Heruth, Sr.
Royce was a long-time businessman in the Colorado Springs community and owned and operated American Refinishing Services for over four decades.
Royce will be remembered as a fun-loving outdoorsman with an adventurous spirit who was always there for those he loved.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 6, 2021, 9:30a.m., at Swan Law Funeral Home: 501 N. Cascade Ave. Colorado Springs, Colorado 80903.

Evie, So very sorry to hear of Royce's passing. My thoughts and prayers to you and his daughters and other family members. I will always remember the three of us walking the streets of Manitou to buy him a cowboy hat. Rest in Eternal Peace, Royce, until we meet again.
