Bill spent his career in public service, for the cities of Denver and Colorado Springs, and finally at the El Paso County Department of Human Services. He was a loving and generous father and grandfather. He is survived by his two children, Aaron and Delia; and his two grandchildren, Jase and Lily. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Springs Rescue Mission.
