William "Bill" Harry Gillette, Jr., 69, of Hugo, Colorado passed away September 22, 2022 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
He was born on August 29, 1953 in Port Jervis, New York to William "Bill" Harry Sr. and June Marie (Cronk) Gillette.
Bill went to high school at Matamoras High school and graduated in 1972. He worked maintenance at the Colorado Department of Transportation for five years.
Bill was a loving, kind, caring, gentle person to everyone. He enjoyed hunting, anything outdoors, and his family.
William is survived by his son, William "Billy" Harry (Heather) Gillette, III; daughter, Melanie Ann (Jon) Cropper; parents, William Sr. and June Gillette; brother, Jon Barry (Tricia) Gillette; grandchildren, Nathan (Tanya) Amos, Brittany (Dylan) Dylan Coffin, Tori Newland, Amanda, Tracey and Jon Kelly Gillette; great-grandchildren, Stirling, Brandon, Aiden, and Benjamin; nieces, Holly Gillete, Samantha (Logan), Cassandra (Kyle), and Tabatha; and nephew, Ian Gillette.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Joyce Gillette.
