My deepest sympathies for all the Kramer families. Bill was special to each family member, especially his younger brother, Tim. Bill had a constant wit and terrific sense of humor. Every moment spent with him brought laughter and amazement. I am so sorry to hear of his passing for those who have survived him. But faith in God leaves me to believe that he is now painfree and resting in His loving arms. I'll never forget you, Bill. My condolences to his immediate family. May you be comforted in your time of sorrow and be blessed with the love you shared. Those whom we leave behind will never forget you.
