Hey Big Bill, Mom (Casper) asked that I put something together to recognize the one-year anniversary of you leaving this earth to be with our loved ones and our Lord and Savior in Heaven. What can I say, it's been quite the rocky road without you. Your physical presence is not with us, but you continue to be with us in our mind, heart, spirit and soul. Your absence hurts, it really does! Life goes on but it is not the same without you! How do we survive without, your guidance, love, support, and always showing how proud you are of the family you and mom created? It's not easy, that's for sure. Let's face it, you were the Captain of our family ship, and we are all trying to figure out how to steer it without you. You showed us how to be strong and to keep moving forward regardless of what cards we are dealt. That's what we're doing dad, we're moving forward. Dad, we're managing the best we can, albeit with a void and emptiness that cannot be filled. We are and will continue to carry on your legacy that you worked so hard to build. I'm sure you are looking down on us and smiling because you are still so proud of your family. We love you and Miss you Cowboy!!! From your Casper and Family!!!

I miss you more than words can even describe papa, there´s not been a single day where I don´t think of you and miss you. I wish I could hear you call me boss lady one more time, I wish I could hear your laugh as you tell your hilarious stories. I wish I could hug you. I wish you could see my babies now and how big they are. My heart will ache for you until we are reunited again. I miss you. I love you and I hope I´m making you proud. Keep watching over us all as we try to push forward through the pain of missing you. Love, your boss lady.
