William Paul Obituary

William C. Paul, 92, passed away on September 14, 2007 in Colorado Springs, Colorado where he had been a resident since the thirties. He was a Service Technician in the Heating and Air Conditioning business. William was born on January 23, 1915 in Burkhards, Germany. William married Miss Mildred Hinkle in May of 1937 in Golden, Colorado. Together they had two children, both of whom survive him. William truly enjoyed gardening and working in the yard. He was an active member of Pikes Peak Church of Christ. William is survived by his daughter Jo Ann (husband Gerald) Smith; son David Paul; three grandchildren: Clifford W. and Andrew J. Smith and Heather C. Paul; six great grandchildren: Christina, Rodney, Kyle, Ashley, Jasmine and Jeanette; two great great grandchildren: Savannah and Sebastian; in addition to numerous extended family members in America and abroad. His parents and wife preceded him in death. Visitation will be from 5-7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 17, 2007 with Funeral Services following on Tuesday, September 18, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. both at the Shrine of Remembrance "America the Beautiful" Chapel of Roses. Private entombment will be in the Shrine of Remembrance Garden of Angels Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in William's name may be made to Mountain States Children's Home, PO Box 1097, Longmont, Colorado 80502.
