Bill was born October 23, 1978 in Cheyenne,Wyoming to Carl H and Donna(Ward) Perry. He died October 15, 2025from longstanding health concerns. He lived in Norwood, Colorado Springs, and Cheyenne,Wyoming. He attended district 11 schools, and achieved Star Rank in Boy Scouts. He graduated from Norwood HS, where he played on the football team. He achieved degrees in Diesel and Small engine repair from Cortez Vocational College. He married Donna (Minard) in 2007. He was a proud father to Alexandra (Alee).
Bill was full of energy and enjoyed hunting, fishing,dogs, wolves, and clock repair. He worked at many jobs, including mine reclamation, security guard, and supportive services staff with Warren AFB. He was proud of his family roots: Danish, Puritans, Scottish, UP Railroad (4th generation), Plains Dairy, and Lakota Sioux heritage. He spent 1 year with a shaman to learn about his missing piece of indigenous culture. Bill found fellowship with True Vine Community Church and Pastor Ed Boyd in Cheyenne.
Bill is preceeded in death by his cherished grandma, Margaret Vosler Perry, his mother, Donna, his father, Carl, his uncle Rev. Clint, grandma Ward, and grandad Bill.
Bill is survived by his daughter, Alee, his wife, Donna, stepsons, Pat and Marcus, sister, Julia, nephews Nate and Dexter, Hondel stepsiblings, stepmom, Connie Irwin Perry, aunts Michelle and Becky, and Uncle Paul.Additional extended family of: Jodean (Barcus-Perry), Gail and Rich, Terry and Allison, a multitude of cousins, and Vosler relatives in Cheyenne rejoice in his Graduation to Heaven.
A Celebration coffee of Bill's life will be held at :True Vine Community Church, 110 Central Ave, Cheyenne,Wyoming, 82007, on Thursday, October23 from 3-5 pm.
