So sadden to learned about Brother Tilton's passing today. He was my Battalion Commander at the US Army Reception Station at Fort Knox and I was one of his Company Commanders. During this period, we were baptized into the same church in 1977 and has been faithfully active in the same faith ever since. Him and Coy Ann's exemplary life has been role model for us to follow. They are our eternal friends. Our love and prayers for him and his families.

It was my privilege to meet and know
Bill on several fishing trips to
Canada. To know Bill was to automatically feel as though we had
been friends for life. He had a great
sense of humor, was honest and openly
serious in his faith. He also turned
out to be a great fisherman, as the
smallmouth bass and lake trout soon
learned. I will miss him and he
as well as his family are in my
thoughts and prayers.

What a great and perpetually uplifting man! He will be sorely missed. He was an inspiring leader, even when serving on jury duty. I had various interviews with him over 18 years and he was always kind, showed concern, and was encouraging. We will greatly miss him.

We love our" Bill. He was and will be Forever a good friend. Our children were friends with CoyAnn and Bill children. Many memories of the the Tilton's m sharing special occasions and opening up their home for celebrations.

Bill's Wonderful Smile, Kindness and Wisdom, will be missed greatly. He always made my husbands day when he would come to have Roy be his dentist. He gave him the best Jokes! And made us all laugh :)

I am so grateful Bill and I could keep in touch with e- mail when traveling. I am grateful we could visit in the hospital when it was allowed. Bill faced leukemia with courage and strength. His example gives me strength. Til we meet again.

Our love to CoyAnn and all their family. Forever Friends, Rexene and Roy, Colorado Springs

What a wonderful opportunity it was to serve as a Bishop alongside President Tilton! We will surely miss his big smile and firm handshake! He faced leukemia head-on and gave it all he had! We wish the entire Tilton family the peace and comfort that only Heavenly Father can offer at this time.
