Bill passed away July 15, 2014. Visitation will be held at the Colonial Chapel Sunday, July 27, 2014, 2:00 - 6:00 PM. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 28, 2014, 10:30 AM at the True Foundation Ministries, 2706 17th St., San Pablo, CA. Burial immediately following service at the Golden Gate Cemetery, San Bruno.
