He was born Feb. 29, 1948 in Harrison to the late William Jay Davis and Eva (Richardson) Davis.
He is survived by his loving wife Norvena; children Richard Davis and Maria Rogers and husband Chris.
Celebration of life will be Jan. 4, 2025 at 1 p.m. at Miracle Lighthouse Church in Harrison.

I was blessed to know the Davis couple for the last 3 years and I am truly saddened by this news of his passing. I hope his family finds peace and knows he is in a much better place now. Thank you Charles for being an amazing person and loving your family and for taking such good care of your wifw. You will be missed.
