Bonnie Brown Obituary

BONNIE SUE "SUDIE" BROWN, 82, of Huntington, WV, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, February 22, 2026 at Heritage Center in Huntington. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, February 28, 2026 at Morris Funeral Home Chapel by Elders Roger Maynard and Tommy Damron. Burial will follow at Sallie Smith Cemetery, Dunlow, WV.
She was born July 23, 1943 in Dunlow, WV, a daughter of the late Wayne Franklin Pack and Eria Smith Pack. Bonnie was a retired unit clerk on the orthopedics floor at St. Mary's Medical Center for over 35 years. She was also a member of the Philadelphia United Baptist Church. Her vacations were most often spent in Northern Ohio where she enjoyed visiting with her relatives. She also enjoyed quilting and snacking on potato chips.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, infant Mollie Jean Pack, Deloris Faye Robertson and Loreta Wallace; four brothers, infant Paul Joseph Pack, William Lafe "Toots" Pack, Bruce Pack and Merrill Pack.
Survivors include two daughters, Avalene Spaulding (Jeffrey), Katrina Brown, all of Huntington, WV; a son, Keith Alan Brown of Huntington, WV; five sisters, Lola Finnell of Brunswick, OH, Peggy Wallace of Rittman, OH, Janice Riley of South Point, OH, Brenda Maynard of Crown City, OH, Vera Wynema Stiltner (Doug) of Willow Wood, OH; three brothers, Marvin Pack (Shelley) of Sterling, OH, Wayne Douglas Pack (Marti) of Willow Wood, OH, Richard Pack (Darla) of Barboursville, WV; four grandchildren, David Bird, Casey Fowler, Chris Spaulding and Alex Spaulding; three great grandchildren, Treyce Spaulding, Lani Spaulding and Amaris Miranda; along with two dear friends, John and Virginia Phipps.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. Saturday until service time at Morris Funeral Home, Wayne, WV.
The family would like to thank the 3rd floor nurses and staff at the Heritage Center, especially Kali, Stephanie and Brittany for their kindness and love.
