Bethany - Judith, 85, of Decatur, formerly of Bethany, passed at 7:25 p.m., Sunday, December 22, 2024, at The Loft in Decatur.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Monday, December 30, 2024, at McMullin-Young Funeral Home, Bethany. Visitation will be held an hour prior to the service Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Marrowbone Township Cemetery, Bethany. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.

Judith was born on December 29, 1939, in Bethany; the daughter of Robert and Pauline (Coventry) Lumsden. She was a member of the Bethany Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Judith was an alumnus of the Decatur Macon County Hospital School of Nursing. Nursing was her absolute passion.

She is survived by her sisters, Mary Skaggs of Mason City and Diane (John) McIntosh of Monticello. She is also survived by several nieces; and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
