Robert "Bob" Wininger, 75 of Vincennes, IN passed away January 18, 2025. He was born in Huntingburgh, IN on August 6, 1949, to the late Harlan "Jock" and Amy (Knott) Wininger. Bob attended Lincoln High School and was a member of the 1967 graduating class. He married the love of his life, Janet Morgan, on November 17, 1979. Bob proudly served his country in the United States Army. He worked as a semi truck driver and logger for the majority of his life. Bob was a member of the local VFW and American Legion for 40 years.
In his free time, Bob enjoyed thrifting, watching Gun Smoke, tinkering on cars and small engines, spending time with Uncle Jr. and his grandchildren, and playing euchre. He will be deeply missed by all.
Bob is preceded in death by his parents Jock and Amy Wininger; wife Janet Wininger; infant sister Janet Sue Wininger; siblings James (Vivian) Wininger and Terry Wininger; granddaughter Alisha Kay Pinkstaff; brother in law Sam Tomson.
He is survived by his son Heath Wininger; stepchildren Kenneth (Jennifer) Pinkstaff II, Brian Pinkstaff, Stacee Pinkstaff, Guy Godfrey; grandchildren Nathan Wininger, Cambria Wininger, Ashley (Adam) Barmes, Morgan (Richard) Phillips, Kenneth (Paige) Pinkstaff III, Paige (Lee) Meyer, Kendall (Wayne) Brooks, Marlee Pinkstaff, Meagan (Cory) Dillon, Seth Chanley, Janet Faye Godfrey; siblings Judith (Alan) Wiley and Catherine Tomson; and several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
Goodwin-Sievers is honored to be entrusted with the care of Mr. Wininger. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
