Juniata resident Bonnie Jean Sittner, 99, passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings, NE. Born April 12, 1926, in Hastings, Nebraska to Neal & Jean (McHarry) Sergeant. On October 20, 1946, she married Walter Sittner at Juniata United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her Sons & Daughters-in-law, Dick & Barb Sittner - Eagle, NE, Brian & Sherri Sittner - Casper, WY, and Doug & Julie Sittner - Juniata, NE; Grandchildren, Spouses & Partners, Patrick & Melissa Sittner - Bennington, NE, Amy Cisler - Fremont, NE, Jacob & Kristi Sittner - Walton, NE, Katie Sittner & Mike Leathers - Casper, WY, Kristie & Ronny Parkhill - Casper, WY, and Garrett Sittner - Juniata, NE; and Great-Grandchildren, Ian, & Clara Sittner - Bennington, NE, Quentin, Abby, & Khloe Cisler - Fremont, NE, and Walter, Cliff, & Elliott Sittner - Walton, NE.
Memorial Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 2, at the Juniata United Methodist Church in Juniata with Pastor Kathy Uldrich officiating. The family requests guests wear blue to her services. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. with the family present Friday, August 1, at the church. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.lbvfh.com.
