Katherine A. Farahbod, 65, of Lincoln passed away September 6, 2024. Born September 2, 1959, in Columbus, NE to William and Gladys (Kucera) Hoeft.
Katherine worked as an LPN at Lincoln General Hospital as well as part owner of Billy's Restaurant.
Family members include her husband Nader; sons Brent (Melissa) Farahbod and Jordan (Alex) Farahbod; 4 grandchildren; mother Gladys Hoeft; sisters Julie McMahan and Shelly Westfall, all of Lincoln; brother Mike (Beth) Hoeft, Columbus; father-in-law Hoshank Farahbod, Iran; sister-in-law Laura Hoeft, Shelby; brother-in-law Kaveh (Marjan) Farahbod, CA; nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her father William Hoeft, brother Pat Hoeft, mother-in-law Parven Farahbod, and brother-in-law Doug McMahan.
Funeral service: 11:00 am Friday, September 13, 2024, Roper and Sons South Lincoln Chapel, 3950 Hohensee Drive.
Visitation with family present from 6-7:30 pm Thursday, September 12, 2024, Roper and Sons South Lincoln Chapel.
