Racine - Clarence Leon Bland, 96, affectionately known as "Peter," was born on April 21, 1929, in Quitman, Miss., to James and Ophelia Bland.
A celebration of Clarence's life and homegoing will be held tomorrow, Friday, July 18, 2025, 11 a.m., at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, 1120 Grand Avenue, with Bishop L.L. Kirby I officiating. Burial will be private at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Please see the funeral home website to leave a condolence.
