Clarence Frazier Obituary

Clarence was a very kind man. When my husband and son passed he stepped right up and helped me I had septic tank problems and he fixed them and never charged me .
He knew what I was going thur.
He helped many people
Was very kind and always smiling.
He made a difference in this world.

Clarence Frasier once dug the basement for my dad, Art Pulliam, as a favor. I don´t remember exactly why he did it, but I know it meant a lot to Dad. It wasn´t just about the work-it was a gesture between true friends.

Clarence and his wife Carol were two of Dad´s closest friends when he moved to Clearwater. And while Dad didn´t have many friends-by choice, not by lack-he chose them well. I still remember being a kid, walking into the Clearwater Excavating headquarters and seeing Dad, Clarence, and Carol laughing together, like family.

Years later, Clarence told me that Dad had actually done him a favor too-helping him get a job at Boeing. It turns out they helped each other in ways that only real friends do.

Their friendship meant a great deal to Dad. And that bond, full of mutual respect and quiet generosity, is something I´ll always remember.
