I apologize for this belated condolence Freddy! I just now am realizing this. This community has lost a kind and compassionate lady. She was such a valuable hostess to the governor and Libby Jones. I´m sure she helped put the problems with farming in perspective. I shocked and saddened.

Fred, please accept my sincere condolences in the loss of Margaret, your best friend. It's not easy losing your mate; however, hold to your good memories, and take comfort you will be together after this life. After losing the love of my life, father of my son, know I'll see Duns again in heaven. Sending ((hugs)) and prayers.

Margaret was truly a very special person who we got to know via the Lane family and her work in Frankfort. Loved the historical books she wrote and the kindness she exhibited towards us. Praying for the Lane family, especially her wonderful husband Fred.
