Robert J. "Andy" Anderson, age 76, of Elburn, passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love and prayers of his family, Friday, January 31, 2025.
He was born on March 26, 1948, in Aurora, IL, to loving parents, Everett and Carol Anderson.
He now leaves his loving wife of 51 years, Nonda Anderson; two children: Michael (Kristen Lundell) Anderson and Katy (Ted) Masinick; two grandchildren: Paul Masinick and Joe Masinick; 3 siblings: James (Jenn) Anderson, Donald (Marge) Anderson, and Karen (Steve) Ouska; many nieces, nephews and a family of friends.
He is now reunited with his parents, Everett Anderson, Carol Anderson, his stepmother, Susan Anderson; his grandparents, and his granddaughter Hannah Masinick, who preceded him in death.
Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 6 p.m., Monday, February 10, 2025, at Conley Funeral Home, 116 W. Pierce St., Elburn. Private family interment will follow at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Robert's name to benefit Shriner's Hospitals for Children. Checks may be made to the "Robert J. Anderson Memorial" and mailed in care of P.O. Box 66, Elburn, 60119. Memories and tributes may also be forwarded to the same address, the Conley Funeral Home Facebook Page, or at www.conleycare.com.
