Hope and I work together we were buddies and when the winter time would come, she would spend the night at my house so we could both get to work the next day. It was kind of like a slumber party. She was crazy in love with her kids she was always checking on them... I was so happy to know that she had gotten married because she was such a kind and loving person. She deserved to be happy in her life with a partner. God bless her soul, and I pray that the Lord will come for all of you at this time of sorrow.

My first memory of Hope is when her brother Jean and I first started dating. I had no idea at the time that Jean had any brothers or sisters. So it was a Sunday afternoon and my mother and I were shopping in Marysville and I saw Jean driving a car down Main Street. He didn´t see me but it saw him so I drove around the block to catch up to him and the next thing I know he waves at me and then this girl leans forward in the passenger seat smiling and waved to me as well. OMG I was not happy to say the least and just went straight home. Jean called me explaining it wasn´t just any girl with him, it was his sister. Wow did I feel relieved to say the least. After that day Hope became such a big part of our dating life and continued to be an important part of our married life as well. Over the years Hope and I would talk and laugh about it but I will always be thankful for that girl in the passenger seat. Hope you were an amazing sister and friend. I love you! I miss you! Until we meet again, Phyllis Jones
