My entire childhood is intertwined with memories with Nick. We weren't raised as cousins but more like siblings. Out family did so much together. Our childhood was filled with amazing food, great music, fun times and all the love we could ask for and more. Nickel Boy was a shining light and a kind soul. One of my earliest memories was at his baby shower. The doctors were certain that he was a girl...well he wasn't! Haha we got Nicholas Scott instead of Chelsee Brooke but that's perfect because not long after he came along so did my baby sister. I was obsessed with the name Chelsee Brooke I insisted she be named that, well I got Chelsee Rae instead, forever his name sake. When they graduated from high school everyone was cheered for but they were cheered for the loudest. I will forever have a hole in my heart. My Nickel Pickle I love you cousin! I hope you are partying up there with Aunt Nan (my momma) and your Aunt Mona! You will forever be loved and missed by so many!

Nick was truly a beam of sunshine. We enjoyed our visit to the Grotto every time he was there working. He always went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied customers. So friendly with a smile that we will never forget. Our sincere condolences to his family. Dan & Terry Williamson, patrons of the Grotto.

Nick was the most cheerful and loving young man. Every time I walked into The Grotto, no matter whether I was all alone or with someone else, he always was ready with my iced tea and a huge smile and hug. I will miss him terribly, but I know there are so many people who know will miss him as much if not more.
My love and prayers especially go out to Tony, Chere, And Coleman.

It´s proven impossible for me to come up with a singular memory involving Nic that I´d like to share, as he was included in almost every good childhood memory I possess. Food, family and fun times highlighted my summers I spent in the Rogue valley as a youth, and Nic´s essence is woven within them. How I wish we had remained close as we walked through our adult years, but life took us in different directions. I am certain that he is in the company of our Lord and his beautiful aunt Mona. We all have been blessed to have him in our lives, even if it seems like just for a moment. Love you forever Nichol-boy.
Love, Aunt Mandy

Nicholas had an infectious smile. When he approached you, it was always with excitement and energy. He knew how to make you feel welcome even if you were new to the place. Thank you for your kindness and respect to everyone who has had the pleasure of meeting you. Rest in peace, my friend, Nick.

Nick and I bonded as brothers from day 1. He took my Family in as his and it was vise versa for me with his. We've all enjoyed many events and activities together throughout the years and Nick was always the life of the party. Forever my Best Friend Nickle

Nick It seemed never met a stranger as he was such a "ray of light." I knew him from his work. He made you feel special and accepted. Our world was better having him here. I shall miss him so much. RIP my friend

NICHOLAS was very supportive and most always had a smile and a word of encouragement. My first memory of him was when he came to our home as he and Marie were attending the same school in Phoenix...

Something I learned from Nick that I´ll take with me forever is knowing that nothing is unachievable. Nick was the guy you wanted to tell your crazy wildest dreams to because he believed in you. If Nick wanted something, he had no hesitation and he went for it and I always admired that. I had a lot of great memories with the Mouyios family. I´m gonna remember Nick and miss him. Rest in peace OG.

My first memory of Nick was being greeted by him with the biggest smile and a genuine warm hug when he introduced himself to me for the first time. It was so rare, his genuine friendliness. All I had done was walk into a pizzeria I had never been in, and I got filled with sunshine. Nick treated me like he had always known me and always loved me. And that was just the first time we met. From that day forward, any time I found myself walking from my car in the parking lot into the Grotto, I knew that if Nick was there, I was gonna get filled with sunshine before I ever even thought about ordering a pizza. Even days when he might not have felt great himself, Nick went out of his way, always, to give me a big warm embrace and tell me he loved me. He was a truly extraordinary human and I will miss him so much.
