Vince R. Morreale, 67, passed away peacefully on December 27, 2024, in Arcadia, California. Born on April 21, 1957, in Glendale, California, Vince grew up in the vibrant neighborhoods of Glassell Park and Eagle Rock, where he formed lifelong friendships and a deep connection to his community.

A proud graduate of Eagle Rock High School's Class of 1975, Vince pursued higher education at the University of Southern California, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to a successful career in commercial real estate after obtaining his broker's license in the 1980s. Alongside his professional achievements, Vince took great pride in continuing his family's gardening business. Renaming it Dependable Landscape N' Maintenance after taking over from his father, Antonio, Vince honored his father's legacy while serving the community with dedication and care. He also lovingly supported his mother, Teresa, after Antonio's passing-a reflection of his unwavering devotion as a son.

In 1975, Vince met Debbie on a blind date that marked the beginning of their remarkable love story. They married on October 18, 1980, and together built a life filled with love and purpose over their 44 years of marriage. While constructing their home in Eagle Rock, they welcomed their first son, Sam, in 1985. Their family grew with the arrival of Matt in 1989 and was joyfully completed with the birth of their daughter Katelyn eight years later. In recent years, Vince found immense joy in his role as a grandfather to Magnus.

Vince is survived by his beloved wife Debbie; his children Sam, Matt, and Katelyn; and his cherished grandson Magnus. He is also remembered with love by his sister Lucia, her husband Sean, and his godson Christopher.

Vince's legacy of love, integrity, and hard work will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
