COVINGTON - Donald L. Brumbaugh, 80, of Covington, a longtime resident of Piqua, passed away Sunday evening, August 17, 2025, at his residence. He was born January 18, 1945, in Piqua, to the late Lowell and Dorthea (Stephan) Brumbaugh. He married Judy (Staudt) Brumbaugh on December 21, 1963; she survives.
He will also be missed and remembered by his children, Roger (Sherri) Brumbaugh of Piqua and Penny Franklin of Covington; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Linda Potter of Troy.
Don was a graduate of Troy High School and worked many years as a truck driver, driving for various auto parts companies, including KTH and F&P America. Don enjoyed NASCAR racing, model cars, and watching old western shows.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 28, at Highland Cemetery, Covington, with Pastor Dave Wray officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Crossroads Hospice. Arrangements are in care of Moore Funeral Home, and online condolences may be left for the Brumbaugh family at moorefh.com.
