Agnes Jaroldine Wilson, age 87, of Marionville, Missouri, passed away at 8:19 a.m. on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at the Ozarks Methodist Manor in Marionville. She was born June 1, 1938, in Marionville, Missouri, the daughter of Henry Charles and Geneva Elizabeth (Storm) Lentz.

Agnes was a homemaker and a housekeeper for Oxford Health Care. She was a caring person and never met a stranger. She loved to cook for everyone and sew clothes. She was very independent until she fell at her home. She then moved to the Ozarks Methodist Manor in February 2019. She has made a difference in this world and many loved her. She loved her family and was a member of the New Dawn United Pentecostal Church in Aurora, Missouri.

Agnes married Herman Cecil Wilson, on February 18, 1955, in Mt. Vernon, Missouri. He was the son of Enoch Washington Wilson and Ruby Salkill Wilson. He preceded her in death on November 8, 2004.

Agnes is survived by two daughters, Ruby Bullock and her husband, Gary, of Aurora, Missouri and Sarah Converse and her husband, Don, of Republic, Missouri; one son, John Wilson, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri; two sons-in-law, Ted Huffer of Mt. Vernon, Missouri and Mike Haley of Aurora, Missouri; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren and a host of family and friends. She will always be remembered with fondness and love.

Agnes was preceded in death by her parents, Henry, and Geneva; her husband, Herman Wilson; her son, Herman Wilson II and his wife, Darlene; two daughters, Hermetta Huffer and Sheila Haley and five brothers, Thomas, Andrew, Raymond, Albert, and Frankie Lentz.

A celebration of Agnes life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at the New Dawn United Pentecostal Church in Aurora. Arrangements are under the direction of Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home, in Aurora.
