A graveside service for Aiden Lee Johnson, 17, will be Sunday, July 6, 2025 at 4:30 PM at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery (South of Danville) with Bro. Francis Proctor officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Sunday, July 6, 2025 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Aiden passed away at his home on Thursday, July 3, 2025. He was born on February 6, 2008 in Morgan County.
He was senior at Danville High School (Class of 2026) and employed at Sonoco. He was the kindest, most loving person who was always smiling and wanting to make everyone around him happy. Aiden never met a stranger and loved his friends. He was an old soul in a young body. He enjoyed oldies music, playing the guitar, skateboarding and drawing.
Preceding him in death were his MeMe, Debbie Blankenship; and PaPa, Randy Johnson.
Survivors include:
Father- Cody Lee Johnson
Mother- April Smith Johnson
Birth Mother- Amanda Leann Fagan Pruitt
Brother- Michael Kendrick
Girlfriend- Alexis Gulleckson
Grandfather- Tim Blankenship
Grandmothers- Sheila Johnson and Rita St. Don.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Johnson, Cody Johnson, Michael Kendrick, Allen Smith, Brad Lindley and Austin Lindley
Honorary Pallbearers will be Ryker Johnson, Berrick Johnson and Lucas Smith
