Alexis Marie Hyman (Lexi),27 of North East, MD, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 15, 2025.
Born in Elkton, MD on December 16, 1997, she was the beloved daughter of Lesle (Warner) Goodchild (Moses) and Jesse Hyman.
Lexi was the mother of one daughter, 3-year-old Queen Laqeriah Hyman. She loved to spend time with her daughter, her niece, Brooklynn Warner, and her little sister, Deja Hyman. She loved to listen to music and eat sour candy. A very loving and outgoing person, she kept her family close to her heart. She loved babies, riding the motorcycle, fishing, and hunting with Daddy Mo, being goofy with her brothers and sisters, and always had the best hugs for everyone. Lexi touched the lives of everyone she met and just pulled them in and made them love her. She was a beautiful soul and will forever be remembered.
Lexi is survived by her mother, Lesle Goodchild and stepfather, Moses Goodchild, her father, Jesse Hyman, sisters, Lisa Hyman(Cody) of Rising Sun, MD, Deja Hyman, lachelle Hyman (Melody) of Baltimore MD, brothers, Lee Warner (Trisha) of York, PA, Moses Goodchild Jr. (Hailey) of Hartley DE, Jacob Kerrigan (Goodchild) of New Castle DE, and LaKysha Hyman (Vernell) of New Castle, DE, her niece, Brooklynn Warner and nephew, Ezra Goodchild. And grandparents, Arthur & Sarah Goodchild of Elkton, MD.
Lexi was preceded in death by her grandparents, Brenda and Leroy Warner, Jesse and Fannie Hyman, her cousin, Doug Jackson, and her uncle, Leroy Warner.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 12:00 noon at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation for family and friends beginning at 11:00 am.
Interment will follow services in Elkton Cemetery, Elkton, MD.
