Andrew Berry Obituary
He was born November 4, 1993, in Richmond, VA and was a longtime resident of Asheville, NC. He thoroughly enjoyed his job as a Security Guard for Asheville Mall Security. He was previously employed with Colington Vol. Fire Department and Kill Devil Hills Fire Department in NC with special training in ocean rescue.
Andrew is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Albert Williams and Andrew C. Tinsman, Jr.; and his best friend, Jacob Wright.
Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife, Brandy Berry, they were together 6 ½ years and married on September 14, 2024; stepchildren, Conner Fleming and Megan Fleming; grandmother, Jeanette Williams of VA; mother and stepfather, Anna-Maria Berry and Terry Dorsey of NC; aunt, Diane Coleman of VA; brother, Ashton Berry (Alyssa) of SC; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 2:00 to 3:00pm at Gods Way Baptist Church in Swannanoa. A celebration of life service will immediately follow at 3:00pm at the church with Pastor Johnny Raines officiating.
Andrew was a light to all who knew and loved him, and he will be greatly missed.

Coach Douglas and Terri Douglas will always remember Andrew and his Brother when they attended Brehm. Wonderful young people with an amazing grandmother. We will hold memories of his high energy, warm nature, helpful and kind spirit in our hearts. Our deepest sympathy .
