Ann Murray Obituary

She enjoyed spending time writing, watching LSU Tigers football, growing flowers, drinking coffee, drawing, reading, listening to music, swimming, helping the homeless children of New Orleans, watching the Blue Angels, and going on long drives on the beach with her daughter Halley and their dogs. In addition to her 35-year career as a teacher she became a published author and artist in 1998. Ann has lived all along the Mississippi and Florida coasts.
Per her wishes there will be no funeral service. A memorial will be placed at the Pensacola Lighthouse and a private celebration of her life will be held by her daughter.
Ann had a life well lived. She will be greatly missed. We will love you forever.
In lieu of flowers consider a donation to the Escambia County Animal Shelter in Pensacola Florida.
