On February 26, 2025, Ann I. Taylor, 66, of Dover, NH passed away after a courageous 3-year battle with ovarian cancer.
Ann is survived by her husband of 25 years, Kevin S. Davis; daughter Melissa (Kenny) of Dover, NH; twin granddaughters Emma and Hanna; brother, Steve (Diana) of Scarborough, ME; brother-in-law John (Hope) of Dover, NH; and nieces Megan and Josie (Jurias); as well as several cousins and childhood friends.
She was predeceased by her mother and father Joyce and Richard Taylor of North Berwick, ME.
Ann loved teaching and spent her career as a business educator working with students of all ages from high school through adult and retired from teaching at Exeter High School. Ann enjoyed cooking and baking and looked forward to trying new recipes. Ann was an avid reader and always had a book within reach. She enjoyed listening to music, whether at home or going to concerts and liked gardening in the raised beds built by her husband. Her next biggest love over the years, some may even say more than anything else, were her dogs. No outfit was complete without a touch of dog fur! She loved her golden retrievers, Summer and Sasha, who were the best "nurses" and were by her side throughout her battle.
We would like to thank the staff at Mass General Cancer Center at Wentworth- Douglass Hospital, and all of the nurses in the infusion center whose compassionate care throughout Ann's fight was greatly appreciated.
Donations in Ann's memory can be a made to Yankee Golden Retriever Rescue or to the animal shelter or rescue of your choice. Ann's wishes were to not to have any funeral services, but the family will be planning a celebration of life this spring. Details will be posted here at a later date.

Dear Kevin, Melissa and family, Ann was devoted to all of you. She loved you all so very very much. She had an amazing teaching career. We taught together at the college level and then we transitioned to high school and taught our students all about business! Being together meant ice tea for Ann, coffee for me and lots of laughter and sharing updates in our lives. I always loved patting and bringing treats to her golden retrievers throughout the years. Before the start of the school year, we would "school shop" at the Kittery Outlets! I treasured our friendship and now will treasure our memories. Love, Vera & Jeff and Dylan Haus

Ann Taylor was one in a million. She had the brightest smile & her laugh was contagious. From her days as an instructor at McIntosh College to teaching at Exeter High School; Ann loved to help people learn. Rest easy, my friend, Ann Irene.

I'm so sorry to learn of Ann's passing. She was a good friend of mine in high school, but I lost track of almost everyone when I moved south. I'll never forget her beautiful smile or her laugh.
