Anna Ruth Hale, age 87, of Murfreesboro, Arkansas, passed away on Monday, July 7, 2025, in Nashville, Arkansas. She was born June 10, 1938, in Gainesville, Texas the daughter of the late Daniel Enloe Skeens and Geneva Ruth Reeves O’Neil.
Mrs. Hale was a cosmetologist and a seamstress for many years. She loved Jesus, her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter Silvia Reed; brothers Danny Skeens, Tommy Skeens, and Butch Skeens; two sisters Linda Whitehead and Mary Williams.
Survivors include daughter Suzie King and husband Randy of Murfreesboro; son Jimmy Yarbrough of Sheridan; son in law Gary Reed of Sheridan; grandchildren Kim Smith (Scotty), Chris Yarbrough, Matt Reed (Julie), David Yarbrough (Ashley), Drew Sanders (Brandy), Taylor Sanders (Brooke), and Josh King (Candase); fourteen great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren on the way. As well as a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation services are under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home.
