June 9, 1933 - July 24, 2025
Anna "Sue" Mahan, 92, passed away peacefully on July 24, 2025 in Safford, Arizona surrounded by family. Anna Sue was born on June 9, 1933 in Bowie, Texas to Andrew and Sallie Garrett. Sue graduated from Bowie High School in 1951 and was a resident of Arizona all her life except for the 19 years she called Las Vegas, Nevada home.

She is survived by her children, Andrew (Mary) Mahan of Tucson, Earl (Patricia) Mahan of Denver, NC, Erlinda Mahan of Safford and Cheryl (Scott) Lovett of Virden, NM., nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 am, Friday, Aug. 8th, at Westlawn Chapel and Mortuary in Willcox. Sue will be laid to rest next to her husband, Earl in San Simon, Arizona.
