Anna Massey passed away May 15, 2025 at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Arkansas at the age of 85. She was native-born in Sharp County, Arkansas to Clarence and Zela Street Smith on February 8, 1940.
Her interests involved her family and her work. She was a purchasing manager for North Arkansas Human Services and a member of Beta Sigma Phi and Kiwanis. Hobbies included calligraphy, decorative painting, reading, crafts, gardening, sewing, and home decorating. She was active in West Batesville Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sons, Donald E. Massey Jr. and Steve Dwayne Massey; four grandchildren: Jacob Dwayne and Joshua Earl Massey, Taff John and Michael David Pechal; two sisters, Jamelean Deere and Mary Wanda Smith; many other relatives and friends.
Anna was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Ola Mae Burge.
Services will be determined at a later date. Arrangements have been with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland, Arkansas.
