Anthony was born in Oak Lawn, Illinois. He attended Wolcott Elementary in Thornton, IL and Thornwood High School in South Holland, IL. Throughout his school years he loved to play baseball and football. His favorite sports teams were the Chicago Cubs and the Philadelphia Eagles. After graduating high school, Anthony joined the United States Air Force. After he left the Air Force, he joined the workforce and enjoyed being a machinist. During Anthony's free time, he loved playing video games, spending time with his family and friends, and being a coach for his nephew throughout his baseball and football career. Anthony was a very family-oriented man and seemed his happiest around his family. He was always smiling, laughing, and making jokes.
To our loving son: To lose someone so special is really hard to bear. It hardly seems believable that you're no longer there. You left us far too early; before your time it seems. And now you'll never have the chance to fulfill all those dreams. However hard it is, though, we will take comfort in the thought of all the memories we have and the happiness you have brought through the years. You will always be in our hearts, and it will not be the same until the day when we can see your smiling face again.
Friends may greet the family on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, from 2:00 pm until 6:30 pm at Burdan Funeral Home, 12901 Wicker Ave. Cedar Lake, IN 46303. A funeral service will take place at 6:30 pm Tuesday. Private inurnment will follow.
