Barbara had a deep love for her family and friends, and she truly enjoyed playing cards-a hobby that brought her joy and countless moments of laughter.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Chase and Marguerite Hunt; and her husband, John Decker. She is survived by her sons, Todd Bays (Claire) of Lawrence, Kansas, Scott Bays (Kim) of Wichita; her stepchildren, Patricia McMains (Randall) of Arkansas City, Kansas, and David Decker (Ivy Arroyo) of Leander, Texas; as well as 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandsons, who will all miss her dearly.

We're sorry we didn't see this until tonight. Barbara and John were both in the same square dance club with us and were a true delight! Even when I'd visit others at Presbyterian Manor, her smile would light up a room. We always remember her with a sparkle in her eyes.
May you each be consoled by wonderful memories of Barbara who was a blessing to all who knew her.
Please accept our condolences

I remember growing up around Barbara and the whole family. Many days after school was out we would go to her house and she would feed us and treat is just like family. Then we would go to the evening activities whether it was a sports event or some other activity. I always thought the world of her. She was such a pleasant lady.
