Barbara June Newman of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away peacefully in the presence of her family on July 2, 2025, at the Homestead (Logan Acres).
Barbara was born June 15, 1927, in Belle Center, Ohio, to Eddy and Veva Carr (Carnes). She graduated from Belle Center High School in 1945. She married Charles Newman Jr., the love of her life, on December 31, 1947. They shared nearly 62 years of marriage until his passing in 2009.

Barbara was a lifetime member of the Belle Center Methodist Church and an active member of Eastern Star and the King's Daughters for many years.
