Barbara Jean Rea, born February 27, 1950, in Sikeston, Missouri, passed away August 1, 2025, in Cleveland, Tennessee. She was a beloved figure in her community and a dedicated restaurant manager at Anthony's, where she embodied a strong work ethic and a passion for the food service industry.

Barbara is survived by her devoted husband, John Rea, and her two sons, Joshua and Derek Rea. She cherished her daughters-in-law, Megan and Danielle Rea, and was deeply proud of her grandchildren: Jacob, McCartnie, Lola, Justin, Matthew, and James. Barbara is also survived by her siblings, Patty Cantrell, Dennis Cantrell, and Sue Hill, who will forever hold her memory close.

In her leisure time, Barbara enjoyed playing guitar and singing, often sharing her musical talents with family and friends. She had a love for travel, particularly going on cruises, and cherished the memories made during family vacations. Her passion for bowling was evident as she often engaged in friendly competition with loved ones. Her warmth, kindness, and sense of humor will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Barbara was preceded in death by: Her parents William Cantrell, Patsy Cantrell, and her brother Ed Cantrell.
