On June 23, 2025, our beloved Bernadette "Bernie" Boguhn peacefully departed this world, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Born June 22, 1946 to the late Bernard and Magdalen Jarzynski. She was the devoted wife of the late Gerald Boguhn and a proud and loving mother to her four children: Peggy (the late Scott) Dirmyer, Laurie (Craig Ewert) Boguhn, Gerald Jr. (Jenny), and Tina Boguhn.
Bernie's spirit will live on through her cherished grandchildren: Alexandria (Jarrod), Keifer, Michael, and Brandon, who will forever hold dear the moments they shared with their grandmother—a woman whose heart was filled with kindness and warmth. As the dear sister of Gemma (Tony) Moell, her bond with family was a testament to the love that she nurtured throughout her life.
A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled to honor Bernie's life on Saturday, June 28, at 9:00 AM at Our Lady of Peace Parish, located at 10950 Main Street in Clarence, NY. All who knew and loved her are invited to gather at the church to celebrate her memory.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for condolences to be shared below, allowing everyone the opportunity to remember and reflect on the beautiful life of Bernie—a woman who brought light and love to those around her.
