Bernadette Lackinger Obituary

Bernadette Lackinger (nee Weiser) Age 93. Passed away quietly on Friday with her family by her side. Beloved wife of the late Herman. Dear sister of the late Olga (Otto), Ida (Hubert), Ann (Sal), Frank and Josef "Bubi" (Alice) and Emma. Cherished aunt of Jimmy Simek (Becky Delaney) and Tony (Paulette) Simek. Great aunt of Angie (Jeff) Pavlescak, Michael (Theresa) Simek, Theresa (Jason) Pawlan, Jeff (Karen) Simek, Anthony (Erin) Simek, David Simek, Christine Glasby and Jessica (John Santo) Simek. Great-Great aunt of Jared Pavlescak, Mason Pavlescak, Matt Simek, Eloise Glasby, Austin Glasby, Vivienne Simek, Francis Simek, Christian Simek, Lucie Simek and Carly Simek. Also survived by a host of family in Germany. Bernadette was a seamstress at Joseph and Feiss for many years. Funeral mass will be held Saturday, October 18th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Brendan Catholic Church 4242 Brendan Lane in North Olmsted. PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Entombment in Holy Cross Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the David Martens & Son Funeral Home 4175 Rocky River Drive (between Lorain & Puritas) Friday from 5-7 pm and also at the church from 9:00- 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Following the cemetery, everyone is invited to the Schnitzel Haus restaurant 5728 Pearl road in Parma for Lunch.
