A graveside service for Bertha will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Ball, Louisiana at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, February 4, 2025.
Bertha is preceded in death by her husband, Royland Bordelon; parents, Albert and Lillie Evans; siblings, Ruth, Dorothy Bordelon and Joan Bridges; and granddaughter, Stacie Brouillette.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Steve Bordelon, Peggy Brouillette, and Ted Bordelon; sister, Evelyn McLain; brother, Albert Evans; grandchildren, Melissa Brouillette, Ashley Bordelon, Brandyn Bordelon and Emily Hoffman; great grandchildren, Landon Sims, Jesse LaCroix, Brennen Monaghan, Carter Monaghan, Amber Hoffman, and Autumn Hoffman; and a great great grandchild, Caden Sims.
Bertha was an RN for 30 years through Pinecrest State School. She was a selfless woman and the matriarch of the family; she always held the family together. Her family was her hobby. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend and will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.
