Betty J. Kaylor, age 87, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2025, surrounded by her family at Walnut Crossing Assisted Living facility in Marysville, Ohio. Born on July 31,1937 in Huntington, WV, she was the loving daughter of Curtis and Cleo Huffman, and the beloved mother of Kayleen (Stephen) Foreman, Kelly (John) Kenerly, Kyle (Kristine) Kaylor, Kurt (Tina) Kaylor. She was a devoted grandmother to Dustin Williams, Korey Kaylor, Keaton (Jeannie) Kaylor, Aleesha (Joshua) Espinosa, Seth ( Kaley) Kaylor, Katey (Clayton) Henson, Austin White, Kameron (Brooklyn) Kaylor. She was a loving great-grandmother to Jonah, Emma, Stewart, Guen, Henry, Caroline, Sage, Jack, Lucille, Atlas, Asher.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Stewart Kaylor; siblings, Junior, Cleda, Dan and Carl. She is survived by her siblings, Evelyn (Richard) Greene, Everette McCarthy, Sandy Rutter and Bill (Cheryl) Brooks, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Known for her generosity, compassion, and love for her family, Betty was a homemaker with deep faith and grace. She had an incredible ability to make everyone around her feel seen and loved. Her nurturing spirit was felt by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 17700 Echo Drive, Marysville, OH on Sunday, July 6, 2025, with visitation from 1 pm to 2 pm and the memorial service commencing at 2 pm. A private graveside service will be held at Grove Cemetery at a later date.
Arrangements are in the care of Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home and Crematory West Liberty Ohio.
